  10.     Can anyone ID this modem and hopfully even give me a good modem
  11. string for it?  I have a feeling that it some sort of Hayes modem cause
  12. it has a sticker on the modem that says Hayes. On that same sticker it
  13. says
  14. 5609AM DOC LOAD #7.  There is another sticker on that side that says...
  15. Industry Canada, 2190 5962 A.  On the inside of the modem (internal
  16. modem)
  17. It says v.34B 3009AM V1.0.   SO what kind of modem is this and do I have
  18. the
  19. firm ware of the modem?  Cause once in a while when I hand up the modem,
  20. It locks up and I cann't access the modem without a cold boot.
